Calendar Help

To reserve the art room, smart board room or one of the computer labs you need to use the school’s Google Calendar system located at http://calendar.hanleyschool.ca

Book a room (Video demonstration)

  • Go to http://calendar.hanleyschool.ca and sign in.
  • Click on the time slot on the calendar at the date and time you want to book a room when the edit box appears, click “edit event”
    • Enter a title for the event and set the start and end times
    • Click “Rooms, etc” and select the room you wish to book.
    • If the room is already in use at that time it will not appear in the list to add.
    • Click save.
  • You can also check the “repeat” checkbox if you wish to request the same time for multiple day.

Delete a reoccurring room booking (Video demonstration)

  • Select first event in the series you want to delete and choose edit
  • Click Delete
    • Click “All Following” to remove this event and all the following events
    • Click “Only this instance” to remove only the one day
