All students must be officially registered at Warman Elementary School by having their parent or guardian go through and make any corrections to their child’s registration form. The form is handed out on the first day of school. For returning students, most areas will be filled with information from the previous year.
Parents/Guardians are to see that all categories are complete and accurate. The form must be signed and returned to school the following day, Wednesday, September 2. Should there be changes to the information during the course of the school year please see that the school office is notified.
There is also a Permissions section that is to be reviewed and signed by a Parent or Guardian. These pages must be returned promptly as some of these permissions need to be acquired before students are able to participate in some school activities that happen early in the school year.
All students enrolled in Prairie Spirit School Division schools are asked to submit a copy of their birth certificate, baptism certificate or passport.
