Welcome to the PSSD leadership coaching website. Here you will find updates, resources, and schedules for our coaching training for the 2022/23 school year.

For the 2022/23 school year, we will be dedicating some time at our ALT meetings to our coaching work.

You will find that you are in one of two groups: Group A: you have already completed two days of leadership coaching training. Group B: you have not completed two days of leadership coaching training. If you are unsure which group you are in, please contact Laura Prefontaine or Bruce Mellesmoen.

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE (to be confirmed):

GROUP A: we will complete a 1/2 day refresher during our January ALT meeting

GROUP B: we will complete 4 x 1/2 day sessions. These will occur during our November, December, February and March ALT meetings
