We are writing you today to inform you of the finalized details for this fun
There will be a few chairs provided for
seating, but please bring your own lawn chair if you can. Please note the venue
is partially outdoors, so please be prepared for the weather.
There is no charge to get into the concert, but
we will be doing a silver collection on top of our bake sale and barbeque fundraiser.
There will also be raffle tickets available for purchase. The raffle will be
drawn during the formal portion of the concert. All proceeds from the evening
will go directly towards musical activities and opportunities for our band
students for the 2019-2020 school year.
The barbeque will start at 6:00pm and will be
first come first served and is cash only. The charge for the barbeque will be
$5 which includes your choice of a hotdog or hamburger, one drink, and one item
from the bake sale. If you would like to purchase additional drinks or bake
sale items they will be charged at $1 a piece. We ask that all Grade 7 – 12

remain nut free due to allergies. If you are in Grade 5 or 6 you are welcome to
bring items for the bake sale, but it is not mandatory.
