MUSIC MONDAYMAY 4th

On Monday, May 4, 2020 hundreds of thousands of students, teachers, parents, musicians, and music lovers from coast to coast to coast will celebrate the importance of music in our lives. We are asking Prairie Spirit School Division band students and alumni to participate in our event!

At 11am (Saskatchewan time) we are asking our musicians to take to decks, yards and/or driveways to perform O Canada as an expression of gratitude for living in this great country during such anxious times.

BONUS

If you can have someone video your performance or you can video it yourself PLEASE post it on social media (at the very least – a photo) with the hashtag #musicmonday #pssdproud

Let’s join together (at home) to celebrate music and the importance of music education in schools. Let’s celebrate what it means to be Canadian.
