How Big is the Problem?
Sometimes we let little problems become big problems in our mind. When we are feeling glittery about a problem, we need to aske ourselves, “How big is this problem?”
If it’s a little problem then we need to find a way to calm ourselves down before we make it into a big problem by not thinking of how our reactions will affect someone else. For example, if your brother grabs some chips from your bowl, it’s a little problem. If you slug him for doing it, you just made it into a big problem!
