Having a positive mindset!
There are times when our brain gets stuck into thinking negative thoughts. We need to train our brain to have a growth mindset where when things get tough, we can tell ourselves that it is only temporary. We have to dig deep and find a new way of looking at our problems. We have to use GRIT! The more we use a growth mindset and grit, the more we realize that everyone has problems, but we have the inner strength and ability to work through them. Sometimes it means getting help from a trusted adult and sometimes it means we just have to change our thinking.
