Monday, February 25, 2019: As the combined windchill in Saskatoon was -42 and -37 in Prince Albert at 6:00 am, only buses in Blaine Lake, Duck Lake and Leask will run today. They will however, not use their wheelchair lifts. All other Prairie Spirit school buses are cancelled all day…
