End of the first semester, beginning of the second
As the high school students start writing their final exams, it signals the end of the first semester. Friday, January 30th is the turnaround day for the teachers so there is no school for the students. The second semester starts on Groundhog Day (Monday, February 2nd) so remember the schedule will change for the grade 7-12 students. Grade 10 and 11 students, along with some Grade 12’s, will be travelling to Asquith every even-day afternoon for home economics or industrial arts. Report cards for the grade 7-12 students will be coming out on Wednesday, February 4th.
