Thanksgiving and Rock and Roll Literacy
There is a hot dog hot meal on Monday, October 1st. There is no school on Friday, October 5th (Teacher professional development) and also no school on Monday, October 8th (Thanksgiving). The first day back from the four day weekend (Tuesday, October 9th), the students of Perdue School will have a chance to experience Sigmund Brouwer and his Rock and Roll Literacy program. This program is just another strategy we are trying in order to achieve Perdue School’s goal of increasing literacy among our students.
