Student Fees

Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 6: No school fee and individual purchase of school supplies

Grade 7 & 8:

$20 Student Activity Fee: This is for SRC activities, bussing for field trips.

$20 Practical and Applied Arts: This is for projects that are taken home.

$10 Athletic Fee: each sport a student participates in will collect the athletic fee.

Grade 9-12:
$20 Student Activity: This is for SRC events and bussing for field trips.

Practical and Applies Arts (IA and Home Ec):
 $30 Grade 9: Practical and Applied Arts projects.
 $40 Grade 10-12: Practical and Applied Arts projects.

SPORTS:
 Athletic Fee: $20.00 this fee is required for each sport they participate in (unless
volleyball or basketball).

 Volleyball/Basketball fee: $40.00 this is required for payment of referee’s and travel.

 Football Fee: $120.00 – All participants in football are required to pay this fee.

All fees are to be submitted to the office with a payment deadline of September 28th. We can accept Cash or Cheque.

School Messenger

Starting this year, Prairie Spirit schools will be utilizing School Messenger to send text messages about bus cancellations, school closures, safety alerts and more. The first three contacts for a student will be sent an opt-in message from School Messenger this week. Information about what to expect and how to opt-in can be found in the attached document.

To access Microsoft Office 365 you will need to use your usual computer username and add “@spiritsd.ca“. Username example: If your username is ab123s, you would type: ab123s@spiritsd.ca. For your password, type your usual password.
