Edsby: Edsby is a new platform that we will be using next year. You can find information about Edsby here.
We will be using Edsby to:
- send notes and information about upcoming events
- updates on what we are learning about each day
- share student learning through their digital portfolio
- two-way communication between families and teachers (similar to a messaging app)
- information from the school about school-wide events
Communication Bags: Each student will receive a communication bag (a rigid cloth bag that has a snap.) The student will bring the communication bag to school each day and take it home at the end of the school day. We will use the communication bag to send home notes and information from the school. Please also use the communication bag to send any notes, money for events, or returned forms to school.
School Instagram: You can check out our school Instagram account (@vanscoyschool) to see what is happening at the school.
Emergency Communication: In the case of an emergency, communication from the school will come in the form of text or email from SwiftK
