Summer Plans: Joel (2W) is looking forward to going camping, hopes to go to a hotel as well as his Grampa and Grammas and Ethan’s house. Oren (6C) is going to the USA to see his Grandmas and meet his sister’s daughter. Olivia (5C) plans to sign up for soccer again this year, play Fornite and Minecraft with her friends, play with Liam, Cassidy and her best friend Gavin and play outside lots!

Our grade 7-9 track team endured a challenging weather day yesterday at Gordie Howe. We started off under a sunny sky, but it quickly became cloudy and very windy mixed with rain and even snow making it very tough for our athletes to perform at their best. Athletes – your coaches are so proud of your perseverance and hard work yesterday! Despite the conditions, we have a number of athletes that qualify to compete at Districts next week. Jeremy, Will, Kalli, Kayla, Brynn, Katie, Buhler, and Vincent will head back to Gordie Howe next Friday. Congratulations!

Summer Plans: Emily (5C) is going to play with her animals, go camping with her family, hang out with her friends and ready for 2 hours! Brynn (7B) will be going swimming, doing lots of water sports and hanging out with family and friends! Rowan (98PK) is going to be doing nothing!
Birthdays: Kason (6C). Saturday we have Layla B (4B), Sunday we have Sam (8L) and Tyrell (4B) and on Monday we have Brielle (K) and Elias (4B).

The grade 8 and 9 Business Fair is happening this year!! The date of the fair is next Thursday, May 26th. Start to watch for posters of the various businesses being put up around the school More information will go home at the end of the week.
Summer Plans: Emmett (K) has a birthday and is going to the Sonic movie. Jonathan (5C) will be spending time with friends and family and going camping, and Mrs. Hartery (3H) looks forward to taking her kids to the mountains and the Calgary Zoo!
