Sharing Time Before & After Care is a program run at Valley Manor School but not by the school. All information regarding the program can be obtained by contacting:

General Information:
- Program operates same days school is open.
- Open at 7:00 am. Closed at 5:30 pm.
- Open to Valley Manor children from Kindergarten up to 12 years old.
- When you register, you are paying for that spot. There are no discounts for a week on, week off or random schedule.
- If your child requires an EA, we can not accept them in Before & After at this time.
- Cost is calculated for the year and divided by 10 months keeping the monthly price the same, regardless of amount of days of school.
- When filled up, names will be added to waitlist.
- No sick kids. If your child is ill, the best place for them is home with a parent.
- Please send a text if your child will not be attending that day.
- Payment by cash, cheque, or e-transfer.
- Every 5 minutes late after close is $5.00.
- Late payment charge $10.00 per day.
- Monthly receipts.
- Before Care Only – $150 per month per child
- After Care Only – $250 per month per child
- Before & After with pickup by 5:00 – $300 per month per child
- Before & After with pickup after 5:00 (by 5:30) – $325 per month per child
- Kindergarten Students – due to the late start in September, Kindergarten students will be charged $15.00 per day in September, then 1/2 price of regular programming for remainder of year.
