It’s essential that students dress appropriately and bring jackets, toques, scarves, and mitts as necessary. Please make sure students always have sufficient outdoor clothing in the event of an emergency.

Lake Vista School is recognizing Pink Shirt Day in our school on Wed, Feb 26th.
Pink Shirt Day is a day of awareness led by Red Cross with the theme #BeSomeonesHero. Students and staff are encouraged to wear pink on Wednesday. Pink Day is a way to encourage each other to do more to make bullying a thing of the past. Join us, and thousands of others throughout Sask to celebrate Pink Day. Wear your pink and add your voice to those calling for an end to bullying behavior.

As the combined windchill in Saskatoon was -42 and -38 in Prince Albert at 6:00 am, only buses in Blaine Lake, Duck Lake and Leask will run today. They will however, not use their wheelchair lifts.
The following bus is cancelled for the day today:
Duck Lake – Bus #416 – Doug Crowe
All other Prairie Spirit school buses are cancelled all day today. This includes routes and charters.
